 Philip Schofield – The Artist

Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs(2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). He has also starred in musicals and pantomimes. Notably he took over the role of Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat from Jason Donovan on the West End stage in 1991.

Close Every Door – The Song

Close Every Door  is a song with lyrics written by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber for the musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Philip Schofield took on the acting role of Joseph and due to his popularity was persuaded to release “Close Every Door” as a single.  The single was released in December 1992 on Polydor Records and peaked at number 27 on the UK Singles Chart.

Josephs Technicolour Dreamcoat – The Shape

The record has been modelled into the silhouette of Jospehs Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is a musical with lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. The story is based on the “coat of many colours” story of Joseph from the Bible’s Book of Genesis.
