An individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single featuring the song by British rock band, Queen from 1982, Cool Cat. The record was released on the EMI record label, in the UK, and has been reworked into the shape of the grinning Cheshire cat from the film, Alice in Wonderland.

Cool Cat was written by John Deacon and Freddie Mercury. It appeared on the B-side of their single Las Palabras de Amor.

Alice in Wonderland (Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland) is a 1865 novel written by English author Lewis Carroll. It tells of a girl named Alice falling through a rabbit hole into a fantasy world populated by peculiar, anthropomorphic creatures, such as the grinning Cheshire cat. The book has inspired numerous film and television adaptations. The most recent being the Tim Burton film, Alice In Wonderland, from 2010.
