An individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single featuring the song, Reach Out I’ll Be There by the American vocal quartet the, Four Tops from 1966. The record was released on the Tamla Motown record label, and has been reworked into the shape two supportive hands reaching out for each other.

Written and produced by Motown’s main production team, Holland–Dozier–Holland, Reach Out I’ll Be There is one of the best known Motown tunes of the 1960s, and is today considered the Four Tops’ signature song.
