The website has lots of choices and options within the choices so it is easy to make up a bespoke item.
My order was processed slower than expected as Kenny was displaying at an event when I ordered. Having said that, I was pleased with the service, especially after speaking with Kenny. Kenny is a joy to speak with.
My order arrived in good time for the birthday it was intended and was very well received by the recipient.
The addition of postage tracking information would be helpful.
