Found the website really easy to navigate and got such amazing customer service from Kenny, the vinyl was slightly different in coloured from the one pictured and he contacted me to give me different available options incase we wanted to alter the background colour for our frame. So considerate and it arrived safe and sound soon after.

Wasn't clear from the website that "in stock" was referring to the disc rather than the completed work. So it took longer to arrive than anticipated, missing the birthday for which it was intended. But Kenny was very helpful on the phone when I rang to find out where it had got to, and kindly changed the delivery address to ensure no further delay in it reaching the ultimate recipient - who was intrigued and pleased to receive such an unusual and appropriate gift to mark his 60th birthday.
