An individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single featuring the single by American new wave band, Blondie from 1978, Heart of Glass. The record was released on the Chrysalis record label and has been reworked into the shape of  a shattered and broken heart.

Heart of Glass was written by singer Debbie Harry and guitarist Chris Stein. It featured on the band’s third studio album, Parallel Lines and it reached number one on the charts in several countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom. The song was given a disco orientation and this new direction for the band made the song one of the best-known Blondie recordings.
