The Bachelors – The Artist/s
The Bachelors were a popular music group from Dublin, Ireland, but based primarily in the United Kingdom. They had several international hits during the 1960s, including eight top-ten singles in the UK between 1963 and 1966. The Bachelors split in 1984. The founding members of the group were Conleth (Con) Cluskey (1935 – 2022), his younger brother Declan (Dec) Cluskey (born 1941) and their friend John Stokes (Sean James Stokes) (born 1936). They formed their first band together in 1957: “The Harmonichords” (also seen as “The Harmony Chords”), a classically styled instrumental harmonica-act. During the 1960s, they had many successful songs in music charts in Europe, Australia, South Africa, South America, USA and USSR. In 1965 they also had the ‘most played juke box track’ with “The Stars Will Remember”, from the film “It’s all over town”. Their last big hit in the UK was a cover of the Paul Simon song “The Sound of Silence”, which reached no. 3 in April 1966. As a vocal trio, with Cluskey on lead vocals, they had eight top ten singles in the UK between 1963 and 1966 and eight in Ireland from 1962 to 196

The World Trade Centre – The Shape
This record has been cut into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Centre in New York. The original World Trade Center (WTC) was a complex of seven buildings in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. Built primarily between 1966 and 1975, it was dedicated on April 4, 1973, and was destroyed during the September 11 attacks in 2001. At the time of their completion, the 110-story-tall Twin Towers, including the original 1 World Trade Center (the North Tower) at 1,368 feet (417 m), and 2 World Trade Center (the South Tower) at 1,362 feet (415.1 m), were the tallest buildings in the world; they were also the tallest twin skyscrapers in the world until 1996, when the Petronas Towers opened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Other buildings in the complex included the Marriott World Trade Center (3 WTC), 4 WTC, 5 WTC, 6 WTC, and 7 WTC. The complex contained 13,400,000 square feet (1,240,000 m2) of office space and, prior to its completion, was projected to accommodate an estimated 130,000 people.
