An individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record silhouette art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single featuring the 1974 hit, Rock ‘N’ Roll Suicide by David Bowie.
The vinyl single has been reworked into a silhouette of the famous outfit he wore on the Aladdin Sane tour in 1973. Titled Tokyo Pop the bodysuit was made out of vinyl and designed by Kansai Yamamoto. The costume was developed after being influenced by Japanese Kabuki theatre.
