An individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single featuring the song by the English pop band, Spandau Ballet, from 1983, True. The record was released on the Chrysalis record label, in the UK, and has been reworked into the shape of a heart.
True was written by Gary Kemp of Spandau Ballet and it is one of their biggest hits. The song is about unrequited love and in part pays tribute to the Motown artist Marvin Gaye and Kemps platonic relationship with singer Clare Grogan
