An individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single featuring the hit single by the British Mod band The Kinks, from 1967, Waterloo Sunset. Released on the PYE record label, this record has been reworked into the shape of a couple sitting on a bridge watching the sunset

Waterloo Sunset was written and composed by The Kinks frontman Ray Davies. It is one of the band’s best known and most acclaimed songs. The lyrics describe a solitary narrator watching (or imagining) two lovers passing over a bridge, with the melancholic observer reflecting on the couple, the Thames, and Waterloo station.
