Additional information about this Queen vinyl art.

Queen – The Artist

Queen are a British rock band that formed in London in 1970. Their classic line-up was Freddie Mercury (lead vocals, piano), Brian May (lead guitar, vocals), Roger Taylor (drums, vocals), and John Deacon (bass guitar). Queen’s earliest works were influenced by progressive rock, hard rock and heavy metal, but the band gradually ventured into more conventional and radio-friendly works by incorporating further styles, such as arena rock and pop rock, into their music.

You’re My Best Friend – The Song

You’re My Best Friend was Queen’s first single written by John Deacon. He composed while he was learning to play piano. He played the Wurlitzer Electric Piano on the recording and overdubbed the bass later on. The song was written for his wife, Veronica Tetzlaff. The song was a UK top 10 hit.

Hungarian Vizsla – The Shape

The Vizsla is a dog breed originating in Hungary which belongs under the Pointer group. The Hungarian or Magyar Vizsla are sporting dogs and loyal companions, in addition to being the smallest of the all-round pointer-retriever breeds. The Vizsla’s medium size is one of the breed’s most appealing characteristics as a hunter of fowl and upland game and, through the centuries, the Vizsla has held a rare position among sporting dogs – that of household companion and family dog. The Vizsla is a natural hunter endowed with an excellent nose and an outstanding trainability. It was bred to work in fields, forests, or bodies of water. Although they are lively, gentle-mannered, demonstrably affectionate and sensitive, they are also fearless and possess a well-developed protective instinct.
