An Individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record silhouette art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single of Birthday from 1990, by Paul McCartney. This vinyl single has been reworked into a delicious birthday cake.
Birthday was originally written in 1968 by Lennon–McCartney and performed by the Beatles on their double album The Beatles (often known as “the White Album”). This vinyl art uses the live version that Paul McCartney released following his concert at Knebworth in the UK. Surviving Beatles McCartney and Ringo Starr performed it for Starr’s 70th Birthday and Paul Weller covered the song for McCartney’s 70th Birthday. This Weller version was available as a download only.
