An individual, limited edition, example of vinyl record art made from a genuine, original, 45rpm, 7” single featuring the song by British rock band, Queen from 1974, Killer Queen. The record was released on the EMI record label, in the UK, and has been reworked into the shape of the distinctive Queen’s crown as seen on their many albums and promotional material.

Killer Queen was Queens first big international hit, reaching number two in the UK and becoming their first US hit. Written by lead singer and pianist Freddie Mercury, the track was recorded for their third album Sheer Heart Attack. The song is about a high-class call girl and it allowed free rein to Mercury’s unique brand of rock theatre. The song won Mercury his first Ivor Novello Award.
