Elton John – The Artist
Sir Elton Hercules John CBE (born Reginald Kenneth Dwight) is an English singer, pianist, and composer. He has worked with lyricist Bernie Taupin as his songwriting partner since 1967; they have collaborated on more than 30 albums to date. In his five-decade career Elton John has sold more than 300 million records, making him one of the best-selling music artists in the world. He has also composed music, produced records, and has occasionally acted in films.
The Bitch is Back – The Song
The Bitch is Back is a rock song written by English musician Elton John and songwriter Bernie Taupin, and performed by John. It was the second single released from John’s 1974 album Caribou, and reached number number 15 in the United Kingdom.vThe lyrics parody John’s celebrity lifestyle. The idea to create the song was inspired not by John or Taupin directly, but rather by Taupin’s wife at the time, Maxine Feibelman, who would say, “The bitch is back,” when John was in a bad mood.
The Pampered Poodle – The Shape
This record has been modelled into a groomed and pampered poodle dog. The Poodle is a breed of water dog. The breed is divided into four varieties based on size, the Standard Poodle, Medium Poodle, Miniature Poodle and Toy Poodle, although the Medium Poodle is not universally recognised. They have a distinctive thick, curly coat that comes in many colours and patterns, with only solid colours recognised by breed registries. Poodles are active and intelligent, and are particularly able to learn from humans. Poodles tend to live 10–18 years, with smaller varieties tending to live longer than larger ones. Poodles have enjoyed enormous popularity as pets and show dogs. Poodles are also common at dog shows, where they often sport the popularly recognised Continental clip, with face and rear clipped close, and tufts of hair on the hocks and tail tip.
