September – The Song
September is a song by the American funk band Earth, Wind & Fire. It was written by Al McKay, Allee Willis and Maurice White and recorded during the sessions for their album I Am (1979) and released as a single in 1978. It was included on The Best of Earth, Wind & Fire, Vol. 1 (1978). It is perhaps one of the best known singles.
Phonix – The Shape
This record has been modelled into that of a mythical Phoenix. In Greek mythology, a phoenix is a long-lived bird that cyclically regenerates or is otherwise born again. Associated with the Sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor. Hence, like this vinyl art, they are often shown amongst flames.
